SHIPPING + RETURNS

While the store is in test mode, no orders ship. When the store opens, orders will ship within 5 business days.

These are intimates, so returns work differently from other clothing. Briefs and trunks can be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unopened, in their original packaging, with the hygiene seal intact. Once the seal is broken, underwear is final sale. This protects you as much as the next person.

Robes can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and still carry their tags.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, opened or not, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and is inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. Gift cards are not refundable.
