We collect only what an order requires: your email address, shipping address, and the items you selected.

Signing up for letters (Receive the next clue) stores your email address, when you signed up, and which form you agreed on. We use it only to email you about new pieces, releases, early access, and offers. Every one of those emails carries our postal address and an unsubscribe link that works in one click. Once you unsubscribe the address stays off the list for good, unless you sign up again yourself. Addresses that signed up before this wording existed are never mailed.

We do not sell or share your information. No advertising trackers run on this site and no third party measures your visit.

Email about your order, a return, a restock you asked to hear about, or the newsletter you signed up for is delivered by Mailjet, which receives your address and the message and nothing else. It is never used to track whether you opened or clicked.

We do count how many times each page is viewed, and which site a visit arrived from, on our own servers. Those are running totals only: no cookie, no account, no address, and no record of any individual visit, so nothing here can be traced back to you.

An early access link in our email sets one cookie holding that link, so checkout can honour it. It expires at the public release and carries nothing but the address the link was sent to and the piece it opens.

To have your data removed, use the contact page and include the email address you ordered with.
